I am a multi-tasker, experienced in taking visionary projects from concept to reality. With over 20 years of experience leading multi-discipline teams and organisations, I have deep knowledge in advertising, branded content, experiential, entertainment, television and film.
I started my career at The Walt Disney Company in Orlando. Storytelling, connecting with people through brand experiences, and an eye for detail have been an essential foundation for my future achievements.
Since leaving Disney in 2000, I have delivered blockbuster multi-platform projects across multiple markets. Having worked across Latin America, USA, Europe and now Asia, I use my diverse background to bridge cultural and language divides to deliver creative solutions. I have led different and exciting challenges, like producing multiple integrated global campaigns, creating a virtual immersive exhibition for Chateau de Versailles, producing a photoshoot with Madonna for W Magazine and an interactive exhibit by Oscar winning director Michel Gondry or partnering with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) for the opening of comedy website Funny or Die in Brazil.
Through creative vision and a drive for results, I have helped some of the worlds biggest brands to realise their market potential, including Unilever, Samsung, Louis Vuitton, Coca-Cola, Unicef, Bayer, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, and many others.
I enjoy crafting a project, and finding the right solutions to bring it to life. Wether producing TV commercials, integrated campaigns or creating a product launch or interactive project, I have a track record of success, connecting with target audiences to always deliver on time and in budget.
Today, I am the co-founder of The Carrot Collective, a global House of Talent built for forward-looking brands, bringing together senior creative specialists across disciplines, markets, and cultures to deliver work that works — for people, brands, and the planet.
Through The Carrot Collective, I have led film and branding campaigns, large-scale events, and immersive experiences across Asia, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.
I am also one of the co-founders of AI CREATE, an international platform and event series exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence, creativity, culture, and storytelling, connecting artists, technologists, brands, and creative leaders shaping what’s next.
